Maple Hill is a vibrant subdivision of 173 homes located in beautiful Northville Township. Our neighborhood is very well maintained with lovely, mature trees throughout and conveniently located on 6 Mile just West of I-275. We offer a perfect balance between peaceful streets and the lively downtown area of Northville just a couple miles away. Subdivision Road Repair Funding Update

The MHHA Board is pleased to announce the road repair funding proposal has passed with a final vote of 56 in favor and 20 opposed.

The additional funds collected will be dedicated exclusively to our Road Repair Fund and used to repair our subdivision roads in stages. We will begin with repairs at the Summit Entrance. Each year, we will assess road conditions and determine which sections will be repaired next based on the level of damage.

Mandatory Road Repair Funding

-A $200 annual fee (in addition to the standard $350 dues paid in May) will be required from all homeowners for the years 2025 and 2026.

-This fee is mandatory and applies to every home in the subdivision.

Payment Schedule

-2025 Payment: Due September 1-30th, 2025

-2026 Payment: Due between September 1-30th 2026

A reminder notice for the 2025 payment will be sent out in August 2025.
